Booking conditions

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time before the beginning of your stay. We reserve the right to keep part of your deposit as compensation for the cancellation. The amount of the compensation for total or partial cancellation of the booked room(s) and/or additional services will be calculated based on the booking value. In case of non-arrival, you will be charged the whole booking value.

Up to 3 days prior to your check-in date   80 % of the booking value

Animals are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

For a reservation a deposit of 50% of the reservation value is obligatory.
